How the guarantee works: If your product doesn’t function as described after you complete basic troubleshooting with our support team, you can request a full refund within 30 days.

You’re eligible for a refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- You open a Discord support ticket and complete basic troubleshooting
- You provide your order email or transaction ID in the ticket
How to Request a Refund

- If it still doesn’t work, request the refund inside the ticket and we’ll handle it
What “Troubleshooting” Means
This is just to prevent fake claims and help you get it working ASAP.
- We confirm you downloaded the correct file / version
- We check basic setup steps and settings
- We run at least one guided test together
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your access to the purchased product(s) will be revoked
- You will no longer receive updates for refunded product(s)
- You’re welcome to repurchase at any time
Refund Denials & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, including:
- Repeated refund requests that show a pattern of misuse
- Evidence of redistribution, account sharing, or re-selling
- Fraudulent purchase activity or false claims
